I've read that alcoholic beverages are not allowed on induction. Is non-alcoholic beer acceptable?

nope nothing not on the acceptable foods lists is acceptable on 20002 DANDR induction.

if the ingreeints in your beer are on the acceptable lists then your beer would be legal.
