It's really nothing short of miraculous. It just doesn't make rational sense that I can lose weight without ever being hungry. I have walked about 2 miles/day for the past 3 days
. Sample menu (today's):
2 eggs fried in butter
3-4 sausages
coffee w/half&half
chicken salad (large chicken breast, mayo, celery)
small mixed salad
snacks: 2 cheese sticks; 1/4 cup dry roasted edamame
corned beef & cabbage (of course)
lots of water (about 8 cups)
What's also really cool is that I have so much energy, I don't need my usual afternoon coffee. Not sure if it's ketosis or post-walk endorphin rush. Either way, miraculous - really.
