    1. Read the book, Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002)

    2. Read the stickies:

    No.

To do Atkins, you need vegetables. Atkins is not an all-meat, zero-carb diet.

"Loaded with carbs"? What kind of sausage are you eating? What are the ingredients and the nutritional values on the label?

    and only drank water .
How much water are you drinking?

I don't understand your question. Maybe you could rephrase it.

Atkins is not magic. On any diet, including Atkins, you will only lose weight if the number of calories you take in are less than the total number calories you consume through exercise and various metabolic functions. When following a very low carbohydrate diet, one has a metabolic advantage, meaning that one can consume a few hundred calories more than on a high carbohydrate diet, and still lose weight.

Since you are under 18, you should follow any diet only under the supervision and guidance of your parents and of your physician. I doubt that's the case now... because the way you've been eating is not healthy and you're not getting all the nutrients your body needs.

            Poor health.

Certain nutrient deficiencies can also slow down your metabolism.

Calcium is one example... and with the foods you said you've been eating, I doubt you're getting enough of it.

Supplements are just that... supplements. They are not substitutes for real food.

Here we follow Atkins 2002 book and eat quite a bit of veggies. So that is what we recommend for you too.
What you are doing may just be too much protein.
Good luck. Great that you cook. That will really help you on your weightloss and maintenance journey

If it works for you and you're happy with it, the best to you.

However, please don't call it Atkins. This is exactly the way that the general public gets the perception that this is a meat with a side of bacon "diet".

Maybe in the future you can add more veggies. Best of luck!
