I'm almost finished with induction and generally feel great -- my clothes fit better, I have lots of energy, my headaches are gone and so are my cravings. The downside of all that extra energy, however, is that I'm having problems falling asleep at night. I literally feel energy zipping through me while I'm laying down, trying to sleep! I've been getting up a half-hour earlier each morning for the past few days but it doesn't seem to help. Is this a common side effect? Has anyone else experienced it, and if so, please tell me it will pass! I have a very active two-year-old and need my sleep.

Re: Sleep problems
Well some people say that when they get that extra energy they do at least get the house clean and shiny and all those odd jobs done early in the morning, so there is 'some' benefit
I think most people settle down after a few days though, so hopefully you will soon be getting enought sleep
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
