    Hi thought I would post today, I have been working long hrs these last few days. I'm a med tech for hospice so at times I can work upto 14 hr shifts. So I packed my lunch and plenty of it. LOL They only thing I found hard was to get in enough water. So I need to find a way to accomplish that at work. But I'm off for the next 2 weeks, took some much needed pto time. I'm feeling GREAT, I have not had any of the atkins flue symtoms, I credit it to getting enough water every day. I keep a water log sheet posted by my sink and mark off each 16 oz glass I drink. Keep up the good work and will check in more often.

    Hi! Glad you are feeling well!

    I find that I drink water (anything really) best when I use a straw & sip all day. I have a plastic straw cup (rubbermaid) that I use at work & at home. Being concious of the amount of water you drink & keeping track of it is great - I'm sure you will do very well!

      It sounds as if you are off to a good start with the organising

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
