I've lost 5 lbs....and I can tell inches as well. My clothes fit a lot better. Should I have lost more? Unfortunately, I haven't had a super-clean induction. I would eat something and find out from these forums that it was a no no. For instance tall decaf latte made with heavy cream. I was told too much cream. Also cheated in middle of night a couple times....2 pieces of hawaiian bread and a hand-full of Whoppers from Easter! I'm going on an extended induction until next tuesday. By the way, what website does everyone use to post mini-goals? THANKS!!!
