Sounds good. So what are you going to do differently this time to avoid those pit falls?

I am transferring you to the induction forum. I think this is where your post belong. Good luck. I will be checking on your first day report later on.

That salad sounds as if it has corn in it which is a grain which is not reintroduced till the top of the OWL carbohydrate ladder.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I will try to aks myself "why is this food important to make me feel better?" i realy don't know what to do yet, but i have comed up with a rule: I am not allowed into the kichten, ONLY when i am cooking my food! First day is done(it's 11pm. here in Denmark) and i feel good! no cheating, and i am looking forward to weighting myself tomorrow!
I also feel like i have been drinking alot of water today!

          Well that sounds good.
I covered up everything in my kitchen that was food like so that when I went into the kitchen there were only water bottles there. That helped.
Yes and as Elizellen said corn is not on the induction list. It is a grain and you have to wait all way to end of the owl ladder to introduce it.
