I looked on the website of Mcdonalds at the nutrion facts.....dont get fooled like i did about the eggs and sauguages, we cant eat them, they have cornstarch in them. the salads are high in carbs, like 15 or so without crotons. the ONLY thing that we can eat from there is hamburger, cheeseburger, and doulble cheeseburger,(the meat is just pure beef with nothing added),.. we have to take off the bun and no pickle and minimize on the ketchup and onion. i usually get mine with no onions or pickles and whatever ketchup stays on the bun stays there, or i wipe more off, and all that is left is the meat,cheese,mustard, and little or no ketchup...i hope people find this helpful

in order to minimize the chance of any samonella poisoning McDOnalds uses pasterized eggs with some stuff added in the scrambled egs the egg mcmuffin egg is just a fried egg so you can have that if you can get tehm to use it.
Actually you can have the grilled chicken if you count the carbs and the salad if you don't eat the whole thing as those carb counts are for the entire salad not a cup or 2 of it.by the book atkinseer
