  • Weigh In Day! The Numbers Are In!

    Hey All!
Here are my final numbers after 2 weeks of Induction:

Starting Weight: 222 Today's Weight: 210 (whooo hoo!!!)
    Bust: 44 Bust: 43
    Waist: 43 Waist: 42
    Hips: 48.5 Hips: 46.5

I'm very pleased with the results! This is with only minimal exercise too! Today I am moving to Ongoing Weight Loss. I'm also going to start cycing again. (I didn't cycle during the first two weeks of induction due to an injury.) Thanks again for all your support!

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

              Good for you, Jade...well done!!

Sounds like you've cycled before so I won't caution you to get all crazy and gung-ho and overdo it on your first day out...lol

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! You have been one of my greatest supports! I appreciate your expertise and experience and hope that I will hear from you while I'm at OWL too!
Yes, I've cycled many times for many miles. I do this particular tour across our beloved state of Nebraska every year for 8 years now. I can't wait until next year to ride it. I will be a shadow of my former self.!!

                          Thanks again for supporting me!
