So i messed with it again and now it says 175???? I am just gonna go and buy another one today. Even though i like the thought of me being lighter LOL! Any suggestions on what kind to buy?

I have a Tanita digital scale. I find that the scales with the dials have too much room for error. I used to make my weight go up or down 5 pounds just by how I got on the scale. I was one of those people that would support all my weight on the hamper or the wall, and then gradually let go. But then if I just hopped on naturally, I'd be up 5 pounds. Needless to say, I didn't need those kind of mind games!
The Tanita I have measures in .5 pound increments, and I find it's nearly 99% consistant with itself. Mine also has a body fat measurement which is fun, but not sure how accurate it is. It's still a good measure against itself though, like even if my body fat isn't really 47%, at least I know if I'm going up or down.

I don't have any suggestions on the scale. I just had to say that you look great. The new picture you posted is a great inspiration. Thank You!!Michele SW250/CW 226/GW150 F, 38, 5'6"
I was down to 175 in 2007 and I will get back there again!

I think the most accurate scales are the kind used in doctor's offices. Like Effie said, the floor scale ones can fluctuate quite a bit. I have a doctor's scale in my laundry room and I find it to be completely consistent, no matter how I get on it or where on the scale I'm standing, though not always aggreable LOL..
You can find them online at a bunch of places, here's an example:
