'Whooshie Pie' (not it's original name) originated last year when a member made it, ate it, and experienced a weight loss. Whether it was a real phenomenon due to the thermogenic nature of horseradish, or whether it was a fluke, the member had a lot of fun with it..renamed it Whooshie Pie, :joy and the whole concept was born.

This is not a miracle food...and if you don't like horseradish or mustard, it'll probably turn your stomach...lol...but if you do, enjoy it! You might have a whooshie, you might not....but at least you'll have had a good Induction Friendly meal.

I tried it, and thought it was the nastiest thing I'd ever eaten. But some people love it.

Put some horseradish on some rolled up roast beef, or on a cheeseburger, you'll get the same effect. Horseradish is a known diuretic. But know that the loss would be water weight.

Yes I'm eating a smore in the picture, how do you think I got so fat?

I liked it but it didn't give me a whooshie the few times I made it.

Okay, this may be weird, but after I read this I cut myself a piece of horseradish root and swallowed it with a water chaser. I feeling a little bloated so I'm hoping this will help. I know it's not fat, but my jeans fell slightly looser that will give me a boost.

Remember, horseradish is a diruretic. So if you are retaining water it should give you whoosh, other wise no go. I eat sashimi ofter during TOM to mitigate it's effect and use a ton of wasabi.

Have not tried whooshie pie, but I have tired the horseradish! I lost 5lbs of water that my body had been holding on to for about a week and then I lost 9 more lbs to go along with it!
