I agree with the advice of others ...

Get the monitor. It doesn't take a lot of weight loss to show up in glucose results.

Drink enough water. Dehydration can cause electrolyte issues which in turn can cause blood pressure to fluctuate.

And vitamins aren't optional. Take a good multivitamin.

And while there may not be much in the way of "fillers" in the meat products you eat, if they are processed, like pepperoni and bacon, you may have acquired a sensitivity to the nitrates.

Extended induction can be a very healthy experience ... no question about it.

When you are alone in your head, you are in a bad neighborhood.

Me too with the low BP - i once woke up from an operation with my feet over my head and a lot of worried doctors because it had dropped a lot.
This woozy feeling used to happen to me a lot - when I mentioned it to my doctor she suggested my ears were blocked up and to do steam inhallation. :sadblinky

It has been over a week since this happened and I am glad to say it has not happened again and i feel great. I worked 6 days a week both weeks so the doctor was a no go but I will mention it when I do go. I am just glad to be feeling better.

You simply MUST supplement with potassium, calcium and magnesium and a good multi-vitamin. The minerals get depleted really quickly and your electrolytes can go out of whack as somebody said. Most of us are running around potassium-depleted. One needs about 2,000 to 3,000 mg a day and one only gets about 99 mg in one tablet! This diet acts like a diuretic and the potassium gets depleted pretty quick. One way you can tell is if you get muscle cramps and another is if you get deep muscle pain and yet another way is through feeling tired and dizzy.

The Atkins book talks about this. His explanation is that the weight is coming off too quickly for your body and you need to increase your daily carbs.
