In another thread, someone mentioned a 'glow' after starting the Atkins WOE....I thought this deserved a thread of it's own....
I was going through the Before and After pics a few days ago, and one of the biggest things that stood out to me, (aside from the obvious weight loss) was the GLOW that almost everyone had in the after pics compared to the before pics.
Now, I realize that alot of the after pics included make-up for the women....but despite that, I still think the glow was a natural one....as for men, they glowed too with no obvious make-up *not that there's anything WRONG with that* (in her best Seinfeld voice...hehe)
The majority of before pics showed very pale, sallow faces....the after showed bright, alive, glowing faces.
