Can someone please clarify how you are to take measurements?
Waist, abdomen, hips and thigh - locations please!
I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

I have never been able to get mybodycomp to work for me. I take all of the measures and record them and then the screen goes blank. Anyways, I measure my bust ( fullest part), my NATURAL WAIST (higher than the waist of my pants, but it's pretty obvious so I can make sure I am measureing the same spot each time) and the widest parts of my hips ( I have dueling birthmarks right where the tape goes to help makr it off) So if you do not want to go through the mybodycomp, just pick some spots you expect to be able to lose noticeably in ( i.e don't measure your ankle or your back to see dramatic results) and keep measuring those same spots. When I first started I "borrowed" a surgical marker from work and made tiny dots to make sure the tape was always in the same spot...barely noticeable and it washes off evenutally. Also you get the BEST results with a fabric sweing tape measure. I have used a string and a carpenter's tape before but it's not as reliable. Make sure you are not pulling on the tape, but it should be snug and last of all, these measurements are for YOU, so don;t suck your gut in!!
