Yay for buying a dress in the "regular people's" section!!

    Yay for buying a dress in the "regular people's" section!!

    I have a wedding coming up and I was dreading trying to find a dress for it. I have lost 40 lbs in since June 1, but I haven't gone down as many sizes as I'd like.....

    So I cut work early the other day and went downtown and bought the most gorgeous dress in a SIZE 16!!!!!! 4 months ago I would have been a 22 easy. I was so relived to be able to shop in the "trendy" section. 16 is still a plus I know, but some desginers make their dresses up to that size, so I didn't have to look at the ugly, shapeless frocks across the store! YAY!! ( granted the dress is stretchy, but still...a 16!!!!!)

    Congratulations! That's excellent. I'm looking forward to when I can wear a 16. Are you gonna show us a picture of you in your spiffy new dress?

          As someone currently trying to find SOMETHING to wear to a wedding tomorrow (I am currently in a 20-22....it sucks.

          I'm so glad for you that you were able to buy a 16 (it must have made the whole shopping experiece more pleasant and easier)

                  yikes.....that mirror needs to be cleaned! it's my roomates and she keeps it in her closet so I guess she never noticed!
