Just finished week 3, and the weight is still coming off...
Week 1: Lost 5 lbs.
Week 2: Lost 2 lbs.
Week 3: Lost 3 lbs.
Total: 10 lbs lost.
Remainder: 12 lbs to go.
There was a period of about 7 or 8 days when I didn't have much change at all, and then suddenly dropped a pound a day for 2 days.
