Hi! My name is carol. I am on Atkins since April 20th and only lost 1/2 on induction. My goal is 10 pounds Only.
I have been in yo-yo dieting (not atkins) for a while and reading and trying to understand my body, I guess this affected my metabolism
I am planing to do induction (extended) for 2 more weeks, to see how my body reacts.
My menu for Yesterday was as follows:
Water : I drink probably 128 fl oz
Workout: rest, but normaly I do between 60-70 minutes 5 -6 times during the week.
Omegas and multivitamin: yes
ketosis: Yes

- Breakfast: Stek leftovers, 1 piece of flaxseed bun[1 net carb] (I did it myself, it has flaxseed, egg and butter with some baking powder) some butter on the bun and coffe w/splenda[3 carbs]
- snack: 6 cooked asparagus [2.5 net carbs]
- Lunch: Steak with sugar free mayo and 6 cooked asparagus [2.5 net carbs]
- Snack: small lettuce and cucumber salad [4 net carbs](aprox 2 cups)
- Dinner: Crab and sardines with some olive oil and mayo [2 net carbs]
Water : I drink probably 128 fl oz
