No seriously, cheese is a real big staller. Cut it out for a week and see what happens. You may be pleasantly surprised!

I was just going to say, do birds fly, lol...looks like you and I got something from the air. lol.
I think it can...ditch the cheese for a couple of three days...3 days without the cheese, you may find that you may have issues with fermeneted things. Best wishes!
absolutely not ubless your metabolism can't handle it I can eat cheese and have those 5 net carbs of cheese too and lose, but some folk are dairy challenged and can't.
you will need to see for yourself if you are. if you have been eating the cheese and losing then cheese isn't the stalling issue if you are stalled.
And remember - to be stalled you need to have lost no weight or inches for a full month!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies? Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Ok, this always frustrates me. Everyone talks about putting cream cheese on things... but i've searched and searched, and cannot find cream cheese with less than a gram of sugar (in other words, 0).

Am I missing something here?
The lowest I have found is Kraft Philadephia Low fat one which has <1 gm. You would think that the full fat one would be less but on the back it has l gm for the same amount.
hi guys
a little while ago someone else was sayiong the exact same thing about cream cheese
what you want to look at is the ingredients list, see if any kind of sugar is listed there.
if it just says sugar in the nutritional info then you're ok, it's probably the natural sugars that occur in dairy.
remember, go by the ingredients list, to make sure there's no ADDED sugar
and, you uually wanna choose the full fat option, because low-fats usually have starchy fillers added in...
Some people are more sensitive to lactose. If you are ALREADY stalling, I would start with some of common sensitivities or allergens. I don't believe cheese is on the same footing as aspartame, which absolutely has been proven to cause stall in a significant amount (25% in Dr. A's clinic patients) of Atkineers. Don't preemptively eliminate a valuable source of nutrients like calcium from your woe if you do not need to for a known reason. Remember, you are learning a long term WOE not a way to lose as much weight the quickest.

cheese doesnt seem to stall me, but i guess it can for some people.
i think sugar is lised in cream cheese because of the lactose. Lactose IS milk sugar after all!
It looks like it stalls me, I cut cheese and caffeina and lost inches and pounds (almost nothing on the first 14 days of induction and 3 whole pounds and 1 inch in my waist in only 9 days without it)
I haven't had any problems with cheese.. I tend to eat 1-2 slices per day. But everyone is different. And it may even stall me in the long run we will have to see...I sure hope not I LOVE cheese.

I think I will look a heck of alot better on my bike when I slim down. I can't wait to buy smaller leathers.
I think it's a case of YMMV (your mileage may vary). different things will stall different people. I wouldn't cut anything out just because it stalls some people. Kent's points are very well taken. This is a plan for life. Everyone has to adapt it to their own needs (in terms of acceptable foods that may stall - in no event are twinkies to be considered an acceptable "need" - lol)
BTW Kent - you look hot on your surfboard or whatever the heck you are doing there. Very Baywatch Babe!
