    Hi everyone!
    As you all know I only lost 1/2 pound on my first 12 days of induction and after what I consider a very clean induction that includes:
    • No cheese
    • No caffeine
    • No products
    • Only fresh meats, veggies, some flax seed for #2, decaf coffee and more than 128 fl oz
    • 5 workouts a week
    In only 9 days I lost 30% of my goal weight.(3 pounds in total)
    I am in ketosis... I can feel it.
    But I do miss the cheese. Would eat a little cheese (after I go on OWL) would stall me? Or it was more likely the caffeine... I would love if I can have some cheese, there is a lot of yummi recipes with it on them

    you can try slowly adding the cheese back into your life ands ee how it affects you. if you go stark raving mad with cravings or suddenly get stuck and feel bloaty, Id kickit back out.

    (Modified OWL-moving up rungs for convenience when travelling, keeping carbs moderate)
    Foods I cannot have-
    Black beans.- instant headache and upset belly.
    spaghetti squash mixed with tomatoes- ravenous


    I Made it!!!! TWICE!!!! (10/06 and 1/07!!!)

      yeah, just add a sprinkle in your eggs or something and see what happens!
