Hi! I have just learned how to use fitday, and was wondering if my values are ok... Today I am at 59% Fat, 38% Protein, 3% Carbs.

You won't have perfect 65/5/30 ratios every day, but you want to shoot for close. You're too low on your fat and carbs. Post some of your daily menus for us to take a look at and we can give you some suggestions how to fix your ratios.~Joy
