I will stay on my diet. I will get healthy and lose weight. There is nothing I could eat or drink that tastes as good as how I feel at this moment on this WOE ~ nothing!

        Last night I had --

A nice salad with cucumber, roasted bell pepper strips, crumbled cheese, and artichoke hearts with two boarshead all beef franks wrapped in onion garlic flax flatbread with a bit of mayo, jalapeno mustard, and a dash of celery salt.

It was quick, easy, and very tasty.

We had a stirfry with crayfish tails, strips of red pepper, shiratake (konnyaku (sp?) noodles, and shredded plain egg omelette cooked in sesame oil and 5-spice powder!!

For dessert I made my DH some pancakes made with cream cheese, eggs and Davinci sugarfree vanilla syrup, served with a squeeze of lemon.

Tonight I'm making George Stellas Beefed Up Low Carb Meat Loaf (say that 5 times fast). The recipe is on FoodTV.com.
