I thought I'd pass on a new product I just found.
I was at WalMart one night and I happened to notice a new water product called Light 'N Fit that came in a one liter bottle. It had 0 carbs (and zero everything else). It does have 60 mg of potassium per liter which is good for low carbers since we tend to need extra due to ketosis. Most potassium supplements contain about 99 mg of potassium. The flavored water is also made with Splenda I thought I'd give it a try.
I bought the Strawberry/Raspberry, Lemon/Lime and the Grapefruit/Green Tea. I LOVED the Grapefruit/Green Tea. It had just a hint of flavor, not overpowering like some flavored waters. Ice cold it's fantastic!!! It also makes a nice change for the days when you're a bit bored with plain water. I also saved the 1 liter bottles because they have a great shape (tall and thin) and since 1 liter is equal to about 34 ozs, I keep three ice cold ones filled with regular water in my fridge and try to drink all of them by the end of the day!
