I might eat a hard boiled egg as a snack. You're allowed to eat protein/fat snack if you are hungry. There's great ideas in the recipe section here. Also I might have a hot herbal tea drink. Seems to feel warming inside. I am hooked on peppermint or lemon tea.

there is no limit on the amount of protein and fat you can have as long as they are in an Atkins ratio so fix you somehting to eat.
if your appetite suppression isn't happening on less then 20 net carbs look at your fat intake and be sure it is correct and if so then examine your foods for hidden carbs or ingredients you should not be having. keep a journal of the Ws who what when where why and how youare feeling before duting and after you eat and again an hour later and see if you can connect any patterns to this hunger. it may turn out to be taht for you a legal food can't be part of your Atkins. there are many successful losers who can't eat a type of a food or even whole food groups cause their body will have a blood sugar reation. celary is a food I can't have. for not2late it was al but one companies brand of fresh cheeses on OWL rung 2.
keep checking and if you really are hungry eat but drink first to be sure you are not thirsty
