Hi, I'm on day 17. I'm feeling great. I've kicked the gum habit and have reduced the my heavy cream intake. I was using 3 tbsp per day, but now for a nice "dessert", I have decaf almond tea with 2 tbsp of heavy cream every other day, with 2 packets of splenda. I've also cust down on splenda, I went from 3 to 2. I even think a few days ago I didn't have any.
I'm also not going to weight myself everyday, what's the point. I have a little challendge for myself, I'm only going to get every week or two. I'm hooked on the scale.
