So I've been on Atkins for four weeks now. My total loss has been 4.2 lbs. It doesn't seem like much in one entire month. I'm a little bummed out about it but just say to myself, "Hey it's still four lbs, the diet is easy to stick to, and you're four lbs lighter". I still wish I was one of those 10 or 20 lb in a month losers.
I still have almost 36.8 lbs to lose...bummer.

). Also be proud of your loss! Are you exercising? If not this is a great way to speed up your results
. Remember too, like julirama posted...some of these 20 lbs in a month losers, have way over 100lbs to lose total. In the scheme of what you have to lose, you're doing great!!! If you only lose 4 pounds of fat a month, in less than a year, you'll be to your goal. So don't give up!!!!
and I don't mean to be mean, and yet it might have a lot to do with this thread of yours below. One little taste of sugar or one big binge, either way, it can take many days for your body to get back into ketosis.
