Okay, so I have been doing atkins for almost 7 weeks....and now I am stalled....a for real stall, and it's very frustrating. I was reviewing my food journal (I'm a dork..LOL) and I noticed that in the beginning I was having mushrooms here and there maybe 1/4 with breakfast and that's it...2 or 3 times a week. Then I started having about 1 cup everyday...and I stopped losing inches, pounds...everything.
I decided to not have any yesterday, despite really wanting them, and this morninng the scale FINALLY moved!
B/c of my frustration, I had a regualr dinner one night and I did gain water weight...and it was still hanging around. You think this is my water weight finally moving after my cheat or an allergy to mushrooms?? I had the dinner Sunday Night but I was back in ketosis Tuesday morning.
