I've lost 21 lbs on induction and I'm down to a size 14. But I'm a big girl- 6' tall in heels. Everybody tells me to stop already- enough. Could they be right?
Well you look perfectly slim in your photo - but it is hard to tell with some clothes. Everyone tells me enough already too - but I know what's underneath! It is worth considering what weight is healthy for your height and your BMI - those for some people these are misleading.
Rhonda you look slim and you look like you fit your height perfectly.
Remember...everyone is built differently. Our metabolisms, the way we carry our weight etc...it's all different for each person.
At the end of the day, like Barb said, it's what's underneath the clothes, the parts of us that others don't see....if you don't feel happy or comfortable...then it's up to you.
A 6ft tall size fourteen....a 5ft 3" size 8/10....They can be equal because of the height differences etc..
Cathy is right! You do look fab and height is bound to add size, without making you look bigger.
Also, lots of people aren't wearing 8 or 10 - I think people seem to be getting bigger. The average size is 16 and a lot of those people will be shorted than you

See....I think you look wayyyy thinner than I do and I wear a 10/12. We have different shapes though. I'm heavy on the bottom (thighs and butt) and small on the top. It's all in what makes YOU happy. I want to go down another 10 pounds or so.

Well for the record- I'm sticking with induction for 5 more pounds around the middle. I'm used to it now. 2 soft-boiled eggs for breakfast, lunch is a can tuna and lettuce, no carb mayo, and for dinner a nice small steak, or equivalent. No imagination I know- but it works.
