Well it worked great
... from 280 to 260 in 16 days. i feel a lot more energetic. Im gonna stay with the 20 carbs a day until i get to my ultimate goal of 230. my mini goal of 250 is not far off. lots of chicken vegtables and excecise.
i did kinda cheat with a scoop of peanut butter one day and sugar free chocolate another day. but never went over my 20 carbs.
once i hit 250 im going to reward myself with one slice of pizza and a beer.
that keeps me motivated. does anyone see a major problem with that?
