HI EVERYONE....I AM SO HAPPY I COULD CRY
..YESTERDAY I STEP ON MY SCALE AND IT SAID 295 ...I BEEN ON IDUCTION FOR ABOUT 4 WKS..WHEN I STARTED ATKINS I WAS 322
..SO THAT IS A TOTAL OF 27LBS IN A BOUT A MONTH...IMMMMM OOOUUTTT THE 300'S
