Re: i just ate a donut. yes, a donut.
Hi! I also understand your frustration at losing slowly! hang in there... I'm not good at giving advice, but maybe you should start bringing your coffee from home... all the money you save you could put towards your new wardrobe....
and save you from the temptation... personally, I would have a hard time looking at all those donuts...and just ordering coffee day after day!
Men always lose faster than women do! so not fair! but don't give up. I have a feeling that if you are exercising that much right now you are gaining muscle which weighs more than fat so really you won't see it on the scale. You should do your measurements... and start keeping track that way as well. That can be much more motivating especially if you are going to the gym that much! You will be dropping inches like crazy! The first time I did Atkins I got discouraged and quit because I didn't have the support like this... don't allow yourself to give in and quit when you are doing so well. The scale is not the best way to gauge our success all the time. The fact that you haven't been cheating and staying on plan... despite not losing... (donut excluded) that is success! anyways, you can do this! It's a great way to lose wt and get healthy! hang in there!
