I reached my first "goal weight" of 190 about 2 years ago. ( I am 5'11" and have large bones, and had been at 260 for years!) I gradually added back carbs, til I was between 50 adn 100 a day. I ate fast food ONCE in a while, not all the time. I also had popcorn at the movies, I just made sure that the rest of teh day I was exceptionally good. You know the saying, everything in moderation? That is what worked for me. I didn't put any wwight back on till I got preg with my new little one. I know it will work as well this time around

:icondance I LOVE ATKINS, and im prepared to give up carbs, living on this forever will be fine with me, as im sure once every 2 weeks ill be able to have a Big mac, or something that i like, i really dont mind giving up carbs, being skinny is so much more important to me and nothing feels better then getting that scale and seeing that your at a healthy size.
