i was on the extended induction regime for awhile and then stalled, so i decided to move along to the next phase because i thought it might jump-start the weightloss again. for a month now i have been stuck at the same weight, even after reverting back to induction foods.
i drink plenty of water, eat about 3 oz cheese daily, about 4 oz cream daily, and generally eat sliced meat [ham] and hard boiled eggs [or cooked a different way, but most often hard-boiled]. i am not getting too many greens [about one cup], and i am not eating anything that could be responsible for a stall [aspartame, diet soda, etc... cut all of those out of my diet!] i am extremely cautious about what food i eat, how it is prepared, etc... and yet i still have no weight loss results.
so why am i stalled? my ketostix show that i am not in ketosis. this is incredibly frustrating - is it possible the atkins diet just stops working after awhile? it sounds doubtful but i feel that i should not be stalled for this long.
also, yes, i get good feel-the-burn exercise - i quickly walk about 20-30 minutes uphill/downhill a day as part of my commute.
HELPPP.
