I'm actually into my 19th day so I'm past normal induction. But I have not been feeling andy dprivation and I've got a long way to go, so I'm going to do a modified induction. i plan on staying around 20 carbs but occasionally adding in some of the foods from the higher rungs one at a time, in the same order time frame that I would if I was on OWL. Then when I have about 50 left to lose I will do OWL wholeheartedly. thats my plan!
