  • Holy Cow!

Wow! It's soooo HOT today! I'm trying to get ready for our yard sale tomorrow and I feel like I'm sitting in a sauna. Bleh!
Anyway, just got a call from my doctor. My labs were fine. No diabetes or cholesterol issues. I'm just the boring kind of fat! Yesssssssss!

It's probably a good thing that my results came in a week late. If I had gotten them on Moday, the day I started induction, I might have just quit.
However, I've seen great results in these first five days, so I know this is really working, it's not hard for me to do, and that I can finish it and get to my goal.

    So, yay me!

You wil get to your goal, so long as you maintain that positive attitude and remain focused. God Bless, Joe

      Yay Littlehaze

      Keep up the good work!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

You can do it, post often and you will get there. Great news with the diabetes, and the cholesterol.

ahahaha, I'm the boring kind of fat tooo!!!

I've always wanted to have a thyroid issue, cause then I could just get hormonal therapy and lose weight magically without doing anything, and i could convince myself that if it werent for that damn thyroid I'd be as healthy as an ox.

turns out I was just really lazy and ate like crap...

Once you re-do the tests as instructed in the book you'll be thrilled you are doing this WOL. They may be good now, but they'll be even better
