Hi, I am Jan and just starting extended induction. I have been a bit stuck but still feel sooooo motivated to do this. I have been reading many success stories and they are truly inspiring! I thought I would list the 3 greatest things I have noticed about this WOE so far and you could add yours if you would like to. I would love to hear them.
1. No more Fatigue - I used to crawl out of bed in the morning and want a nap by 3 pm. Just before I started I would literally be falling asleep after work for 1/2 hour before I could make dinner - now I have energy energy energy!
2. I am never hungry - I find it incredible that after meat and salad for lunch, I can make it to dinner without one pang of hunger
3. Seeing photo journals on this site makes me see real pictures of people who were my weight and are now at my goal weight and I can see what I am going to look like very soon! It is so exciting and the people who have been successful and are looking wonderful keep me going!
