  • Is this legal???

Can someone please tell me if this is legal:

I love pizza and am trying to find a way to incorporate it into my Atkins lifestyle. I am not a fan of creamcheese so I don't think I would like the bikergoddess pizza. But, I came up with a version of my own.

Half of a lob carb sandwhich wrap (4 net carb)
1/8 cup of pizza sauce (2 net carb)
    mozzerella cheese
    pepperoni

I really enjoy this, but want to make sure it is legal! Thanks!

sandwich wraps are not allowed during induction...make sure there isn't any added sugar in the pizza sauce and that you stay within your cheese and carb limits.

I'm just curious...but why aren't sandwhich wraps allowed? This one is made with wheat gluten and soy....it doesn't seem to effect my weight loss (still losing rather rapidly)...do you have any suggestions to replace the low carb wrap?
      Thanks!

soy flour right? which is not allowed on induction...also look at the other ingredients...are they on the induction food list? hold on and I'll find a post for making a pizza crust bottom.

Just wanted to let you know that the biker goddess pizza crust taste NOTHING like cream cheese. Seriously, you wouldn't even know it was in there. It is easy to make...try it once and see. What have you got to lose? A few bucks for the ingredients? This is a REALLY good substitute for pizza. I've tried the "meat-crust" pizza, and it was all right, but I'll never make it again since I've made Bikergoddess' pizza. It freezes well too.
