Re: I did 9 months of induction

I hav a questionabout extra skin. Have you had an issue with this, and if not, is it because of anything you have done?

I am going to try my best to loose around 170 pounds, which I know is a lot more than you had to go, but I am trying to get a read as far as what to expect as far as my skin goes. One of my worries is that I will finally loose a lot of my weight, but still look disgusting do to having extra skin.

    Thanks.

well, I used to start my day with an omelette, some days with onion and tomatoes, some days with bacon and cheese, and a small side salad, and a small glass of water with flaxseed powder. bewtween meals I had some tuna with lettuce and non sugary mayonese. at luch I had chiken, beef or fish in any restaurant, usually specially made, my favorite was peruvian "pollo a la baraza" which is some kind of open fire cooked chicken, a small cucumber as snack between lunch and dinner, then I used to have a small dinner, I scrambled egg or something like that, so I could be able to workout and sleep with no problem
My doctor said "get out of my clinic, I can't afford a walking heart attack in it, neither my insurance" that moved something inside me.

well, extra skin will be a problem if you loose as much pounds as you wish. when I gained weight it came with a million strech marks, now my skin is a little bit loose (not noticeble at all with clothes) but I'm also developing a bodybuilder physic, so this is helping to keep it tight. Sometimes I look at myself in the mirror and think my extra skin looks weird, but then I think in the alternative and I prefer it loose. Unfortunately strech marks are more noticeble now, but I feel proud of them.
