  • question plz

    I,m on extended induction and exercising at least 30 to 45 mins 4 to 5 days a week plus weight training every 2nd day how may carbs am i allowed 20 or more plus i hit a plateau not losing weight any help is most welcome, i have lost 20 kilos, and need to lose 30 to 40 kilos.

    I would maybe suggest that it's time to move to OWL. Many people plateau on extended induction and then see the scale start moving again during OWL. Good job with the exercise.

      I agree with widget time to start adding some 'good' carbs to establish your CCLL and give you more energy for all that working out

      Many people find that the move to OWL restarts their losses too!!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
