  • What to eat

    So its just a terrible day. I am not feeling too well stomach wise and because of this I havent eaten much. I ate 2 eggs and 3 Breakfast sausage links for breakfast. I had a small (1/2oz maybe) of beef brisket and 1 oz of pepperjack cheese. I did get some diet ginger ale that I am sipping on but I really just want to lay down. Normally I would have crackers or toast on days like this but we all know that its a no-no. I am feeling better. What should I try and eat?

    Boiled chicken with lots of broth is my low carb tummy fix-all. It's easy to digest and has electrolytes in the broth. You can add some easy to digest veggies and it's even better. I like to put green beans and some squash in there and cook until tender.
    People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
