Re: Caution: Gross - Laxative -- horrible but necessary?

Food seems pretty unappetizing to me today. I just had a little of my pumpkin/cream cheese mixture, which has a nice soft texture.

I was going to do all kinds of cooking today -- make more casseroles to freeze in indiv portions. But yuck. I don't know if I can stand the smell of meat cooking. I looked at the eggs in the fridge for a few minutes before deciding that didn't look like a good idea either.

I'm trying to drink water. But other than that and my pumpkin stuff, I don't have anything that looks safe to me right now. I was going to have some mozzarella sticks, but I guess I'll avoid that if cheese is a possible culprit. Way too dangerous to get in the car & go out for something -- might have an accident on the way!

I was just desperate to actually poop. I may try a softener next, because I seem to be stuck again. I'm so frustrated. On top of all this, my weight loss is going absolutely nowhere. I've gained 2 lbs this week. So, after 6 weeks of induction, I've lost a grand total of 5 lbs.

About the weight loss... I know you've posted your menus before and they looked fine. Did you test for candida? Again, moving to OWL might do the trick. We have a member here who used to say that no one got fat by eating vegetables.

How can I test for candida?

Thanks. I've been googling like crazy. I'm going to do this tomorrow morning first thing -- already ate today. I am deeply suspicious that this is what's going on with me. So many of the symptoms (aside from rash) match up!

Thank you very much. I will definitely report back tomorrow.

                  You're welcome, Abigail.

Ashley, I have moved the posts you've made in this thread (and my replies) into a separate thread:

We could be toilet twins XD That was me on Thursday. Gentle over night relief my left foot. I take Pyllium Husk fiber tablets nightly but they haven't done me any favors as far as passing solid waste. When I used to add a couple pecans to my diet I was very happy with my bowel movements but since cutting them and trying to do things the DANDR way, I've been lucky to have a BM once a week. I miss my nuts and atkins bars mostly for this reason.

You may want to check out Colan Clenz. I get it at WalMart and it hasn't given me any distress.
