    Hello everyone !

    im 3 weeks on the Diet, lost 10Kg and i will keep going till to the end ! I got also the Book which i think is so important, it gave me so much motivation, its beautifull to understand how the whole prosess works !

    Now, because i do a lot of sports also, i have often headaches, only once a cramp, moslty headaches.

    I guess i have not enough of some minerals in my blood.

    The suplements i take so far til day one are,

    1000mg Vitamin C (Lanes)
    Vitamin B complex (Lanes) (2mg B1,1mg B2,10mg B3, 5mg B5, 1mg B6, 1,5mg B12, 75mg folic acid, o,5mg Biotin)


    What other Suplements do miss here ? please give me advice what other suplements i should take, and which are good, give me the name so i ask for the right one.

    in a couple months i will be totally thin and im allready proud of!

    i do induction strictly for 2 weeks, and i will keep going on induction another 2 weeks for sure.. its great!

    i have headaches!
    i do sports and think im missing some minerals here.

    so far i take Vitamin C 1000mg every day and also a vitamin B complex allthat from Lanes.

    what aother suplements do you sugest?

    what can i take without perscription? some metals etc?

    please give me advice and the name of the product so i ask for.

    I dring at least 3 liters water every day for sure.

      Have you looked at multi vitamins/minerals. Those are good.
      I also take some cod liver oil.

      Doing sports should not give you head aches. Maybe drink even more water or see a doctor about it.

        no, sports directly dont cause it, but when you sweat etc you lose minerals and no minerals could cause cramps and head ache,... im pretty sure theres something missing in my body.

        i would apreciate if here someone takes a mix tablet of minerals like magnesium,potassium,calcium, all in one, those are sugested also in the book. if someone takes those suplements and without perscription , please give me the name of the package so i can find it.

            liv, thanks.
            i hoped to get some info here from someone with experience on the same, but actualy ill go to the pharmacy today.

            i gained 2 pounds this morning.. i guess it must be water because of the prochuto last night (salt) ...hmmm....
