i am on extended induction.lost 7 kg in 19 days
.i am walking ,cycling and rowing daily with light weight lifting for upper body.I also do crunches for abs thrice a week..i have lost several inches all over my body Except my belly.my lower abdomen is still huge and sort of pouch like
..which is really embarrassing.
i want to know what should i do to reduce my middle n lower stomach besides crunches and will it shrink with further weight reduction even if i do not do ab crunches?

and then I slouch a little and gather the spare tire that's still in my shirt and tell them I still have some work to do! I've still got stomach fat and abdomen fat. DO NOT stop doing ab work! It will get you the results you want faster. I never thought my stomach would cooperate with the whole deflation process but it is and yours will too! Hang in there, from what I can see, it's happening the most the closer I get to goal.
