    Its been 16 days since I started, I've lost 16 pounds already.. Im so pround, I been gone for a while because really busy with school and work, but i should be more active on forums now. Its so amazing how this actually works. Everyhere has helped me so far and I'm glad you all have been so supportive or me and others.

    Im going to stay on induction(extended) til the end of September just so I can make sure I don't hit a plaetu, I haven't yet but I want to get the most out of induction (foods haven't bored me yet).

    congratulations on your losses so far, especially with being so busy with real life
