    I'm taking:

    1. multivitamin
    2. b (energy) vitamins
    3. vitamin d
    4. fish oil
    5. calcium/magnesium
    6. digestive enzymes (protein/fat specific)

    I take somewhat regularly
    multivitamin
    iron (because I need lots)
    magnesium
    calcium
    potassium
    vit D (in Winter)
    cod liver oil
    evening primrose (sometimes)
    B complex if I am feeling blue
    Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"

    May Challenges 2010
    Push-ups: 450/800
    Abs: 850/1900
    Squats: 650/1200
    Lunges: 500/1000
    Strength: 490/1200
    Running: 50/100 km

      I take:

      "silver" multivitamin (no iron)
      Co Q-10 (heart health)
      Milk Thistle (liver function)
      Chromium Picolinate (metabolism)

      I also take:
      Lovaza (fish oil) 4gm a day
      Niaspan 500mg
      Cozaar 50mg
      Metformin 1000mg (evening)
      Glyb/Metrormin 5/500 (morning)
      and an aspirin

            I'm taking Potassium.

            I feel like I'm eating enough of what I should to be relatively well nourished, but I'm drinking so much water that I'm washing away all my potassium and I'm getting leg cramps.

            I may eventually start taking more but I would rather get them from natural sources. Those pills make me sick.

              Just fish oil. ...and only cause fish is like $9.00/ pound.

                Vitacost's version of Atkins Basic 3 (the one mentioned in DANDR)
                L-Carnitine
                CoQ10
                Natrol's Omega 3-6-9 (fish/flax/borage oils)
                Acidophilus Pearls
                Glucosamine Chondroitin
                Milk Thistle
                Marshmallow Root (caps & tea)
                and sometimes calcium citrate + D
