      >>You don't think I am eating enough? Could it really be that simple? I have little to no appetite. How can I increase my food intake? Approved Veggies?>>

Yes, it could be that "simple".

You increase your food intake by eating.

What vegetables are you eating? Can you post here a list of them, including quantities and net carbs?

Ketosis is a natural appetite suppressant. When this happens, one does have to "eat through it".

You don't have to eat "meals" ... you can graze.

You need around 2500 calories ... and about 125 ounces of water.

That will help you lose ... what you're doing won't.

              Your decision.

                  Yes?

If I were you, I'd plan out my meals for the day - using Fitday as already recommended - so that I got at least three good meals with a balance of high fat, medium protein and low carbs (mostly veggie carbs) - and see if I can get to around 1500-2000 or so calories as a result (hint: cooking with and eating natural fats - such as coconut oil, olive oil, and butter - helps with that).

I do a basic meal plan once a week for myself and pre-prep most of what I'm planning on eating... it's not hard once you get in the swing of things and makes it much easier when you're busy during the week!

Also - while ketosis is an appetite suppressor, you can help with that by following a good, solid exercise routine and keeping as much variety in your diet as you can.

Sometimes people end up eating the same thing every day (because it's easy and very controllable) and that gets boring and doesn't contribute to your appetite!

About your metabolism... I was 110 pounds in my junior & senior year of high school, and stayed that way no matter what I did or ate... and then boom, in my mid twenties (around 23-24)... all of a sudden I went to 125 overnight, and stayed there, even though nothing had changed!

I am willing to do what it takes. Why do i need so much water when the norm is 64 oz? just wondering.

                      <<approx 1 gp a day, 1/2 a cup of mushrooms, 1 cup of romaine lettuce.<<

That's no where near 12-15 net carbs worth of vegetables!

<<Why do i need so much water when the norm is 64 oz?<<

                      The "norm" isn't 64 ounces ... it's the MINIMUM.

Many find that drinking 1/2 their current body weight in water helps. You can do it or not ... your decision.

The more water you drink, the better. If you're underdrinking, your body will retain water.

Just as if you're undereating food, your body will retain.

                      It's called the famine response.

Eat more, drink more will likely result in losing.

Thank you so much for helping me! This makes me feel a lot better. I am eating mushrooms, gp's and cream cheese as we speak. I will amp my water intake to 3.5 LT of water. Sorry I am Canadian so i used LT's. lol One question, I thought if you drank too much water your body will retain it? no?
