    Hello everyone, today is day# 21 for me on Atkins! I have always heard that it takes 21 days to kick a bad habbit. So no more sweets and diet cokes for me (i hope). I have also lost a total of 22 pounds.
    Just thought I would share.
    Thanks!

    started Atkins 3-29-10 280 pounds
    today I am 258 pounds
    God Bless Everyone!

    Started 3-29-10
    Total lost = 26 pounds

    1st goal = Lose 50 pounds
    2nd goal = Get under 200 pounds
    3rd goal = Reach 170 pounds

    just a little closer.......
