  • I didn't give in!

Well guys, I had to events to attend on Saturday. The first, the Walk for MS-5 mile walk. I finished and wasn't even tired!!!! After the walk they served club sandwich's, chips, oreo cookies, donuts, every kind of soda in the world, and my personal fav-water. I did have a sandwich, but without the bread, and bacon--I guess you could say it was more like a lettuce wrap, and water to drink.

The second event was a wedding :yikes. Surprsingly enough, the cake and punch didn't even phase me. I had no desire to touch them at all. i waited until the wedding was over and went home and have a beef patty and some steamed buttered broccoli and water to drink.

That night everyone from the wedding, went to a bar for a kind of after party. I didn't touch a drop of alcohol!!!!! Didn't even want any.

I am so proud of me, I can't stand it.

Just had to share--I love being in control of my appetite. :joy

Isn't this WOE wonderful?!? I love the fact that not ony do I not eat cake I do not feel bad that I do not eat cake. I do not envy the cake eaters or feel as though I were being deprived of something they could have. Instead I sometimes feel like they are depriving themselves of the feeling this WOE gives you. SO PROUD OF YOU!
