ensive I've been thinking, ya know, about exercising and my motivation(s) of what inspires me to keep it moving. Well, it dawned on me and I contemplated on it-----Where will the loose skin go if I don't exercise? Better yet, Do I want a tight body with strong lungs?? The answer to both are an emphatic YES!!! I've gotta remember a thing like this, its waaay too important!!! By my remembering I'll be left with loose skin if I don't exercise, scares me into moving. But, it doesn't keep me moving so I'll have to say that other factors play a part too.
