I am up to 35 carbs this week, and still losing. I think I am on my way to finding my CCLL. :icondance :icondance This feels like cheating, eating this many carbs, but I know I am not. I am on my way in changing my habits for the rest of my life! :joy

It's not "cheating"---it's eating for body for life. :yes
Enjoy your new found freedom OWLing.

Thanks Megs. I will keep you all posted as to what my magic number is once I know for sure. I read from the posts that this is a topic that many are concerned and interested in. I dont read enough myself about folks that have found it, nor what the magic number is. Everyone is different, but I am sure its still nice to know that 20carbs is not the sentence for life!Cathy in Silverton / City of the Falls

Only those few people who are severely metabolically resistant to weight loss will need to keep their carbs between 15-20 daily in order to lose weight. The rest of us won't.Originally posted by CathyRThanks Megs. I will keep you all posted as to what my magic number is once I know for sure. But these folks, who are severely metabolically resistant and need to keep their carbs between 15-20, can still move up the OWL ladder and add foods like fruits, starchier veggies, etc. So even they are not sentenced to living off the Induction Acceptable Foods list forever.
