  • On my way to finding my CCLL

I am up to 35 carbs this week, and still losing. I think I am on my way to finding my CCLL. :icondance :icondance This feels like cheating, eating this many carbs, but I know I am not. I am on my way in changing my habits for the rest of my life! :joy

Thanks Megs. I will keep you all posted as to what my magic number is once I know for sure. I read from the posts that this is a topic that many are concerned and interested in. I dont read enough myself about folks that have found it, nor what the magic number is. Everyone is different, but I am sure its still nice to know that 20carbs is not the sentence for life!

Only those few people who are severely metabolically resistant to weight loss will need to keep their carbs between 15-20 daily in order to lose weight. The rest of us won't.

But these folks, who are severely metabolically resistant and need to keep their carbs between 15-20, can still move up the OWL ladder and add foods like fruits, starchier veggies, etc. So even they are not sentenced to living off the Induction Acceptable Foods list forever.
