How do I adjust my ratios in owl? what should they run? Thanks in advance.
Carb/Protein/FAT
Protein stays the same at 30-35%, throughout the diet.
Fats and carbs change. As you add in the carbs, your fat % decreases. The closest estimation is that during OWL phase the fats are between 65-60% and the carbs are between 5-10%. (Read the sticky about fat at the top of the forum)
There are no ratios associated with each rung of the carb ladder, primarily because the ratios are really an Induction type of thing. The OWL folks who still keep track of their foods on fitday have fat and carb ratios that vary day to day depending on what they eat.
